Project Team
The project is being managed by Bayside City Council. It has engaged CPG Australia to assist the Council prepare the Open Space Strategy. Council has also established an Open Space Strategy Reference Group which includes a broad range of Bayside residents. Specific details for Council, CPG and the Project Reference Group are provided below.
Bayside City Council
The Open Space Strategy is being managed by Council's Urban Strategy department.
Matt Kelleher is the Manager of Urban Strategy and is the Project Manager for Bayside City Council.
CPG Australia
CPG Australia is a multidisciplinary planning organisation. It brings together a suite of complementary technical and strategic skills to build integrated and site specific outcomes for each and every project. The range of skills and experience within CPG which are relevant to this project includes recreation planning, landscape architecture, environment and sustainability and climate change. Penny Wilkinson, Senior Associate is the Project Manager for CPG and works closely with both Council and the Project Reference Team. Penny brings to this project over 15 years of strategic planning experience, with a specific focus upon recreation planning, community infrastructure and health and wellbeing.
Three Urban and Regional Planners will support Penny throughout the course of this project - Cygal Pellach, Samuel Marshall and Hang Do. These planners are your primary contacts for any comments or queries about the project.

Open Space Strategy Project Reference Group
The Reference Group has been established to assist Council deliver the Open Space Strategy for the City of Bayside. It consists of 15 community representatives and 3 Bayside Councillors who collectively represent a diverse range of interests and neighbourhoods within Bayside.
The Reference Group will play a key role in shaping and directing the Open Space Strategy. CPG and Council Project Managers will be at each Reference Group meeting to collectively discuss and assess the outcomes of consultation activities and, in turn, explore how this shapes the Open Space Strategy for the City of Bayside. Reference Group members may also be involved in specific consultation and engagement activities which occur throughout the course of the project.
